MISS LOUISE
Melbourne’s iconic luxury shoes, bags and accessories retail brand.

Miss Louise is a Melbourne icon. Established in 1965, the luxury boutique is renowned for designer brands and exceptional customer service.

We were engaged to build an eCommerce experience reflective of Miss Louise’s instore environment, one that celebrates their clients and luxury brands in equal measure.

The Journey.

OUR APPROACH
M+C worked closely with Jacqueline Fishman and her team to re-create Miss Louise online. The new eCommerce platform follows a simple navigational approach, ensuring the customer is able to enjoy a personalised retail experience. During the website build, Nina Abrahms worked with Jacqueline to give a beautiful refresh to the brand logo and a subtle refresh on the colour palette, updating it from black, gold and white to include light and dark pink tones. Whilst not all of the print creative concepts were realised, we felt it important to showcase the designs as part of the creative process we went through with the client.

THE OUTCOME
Miss Louise online launched mid-2020. Amidst uncertain times particularly in retail, it has been incredibly rewarding to see the business continue to trade whilst their bricks and mortar store was temporarily closed due to Covid19. It also demonstrates how important eCommerce is to retail for the foreseeable future.
